At Dr Damon Aesthetics, we’ve designed our booking and consultation process to be as seamless and patient-oriented as possible, drawing from years of experience in the healthcare sector. Understanding the impact of missed appointments from my NHS background, we kindly ask for a £50 deposit when scheduling your session. This not only secures your spot but also reaffirms our commitment to providing each client with dedicated time and attention. Rest assured, should your plans change, you can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
My clinic hours are tailored to accommodate busy schedules, typically including three Saturdays a month and one Tuesday, with additional days sometimes to ensure flexibility for our clients. Prior to your appointment, I will send you preparatory materials via email. This information will guide you on how to best prepare for your treatment and introduce additional service options available to enhance your experience, such as skin anesthesia for added comfort, available for an extra fee.
During your initial consultation, we’ll explore your aesthetic goals and discuss the most suitable treatments. Following your procedure, a follow-up appointment is scheduled within two weeks. This visit allows us to assess the results and determine if any touch-ups are required, ensuring your complete satisfaction with the outcomes.
